We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we’ve upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time.
It typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.). Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Standard Shipping Time
Standard shipping time has been shortened to 10-15 business days. We don’t like waiting for good stuff any more than you do, so we do everything we can to get your order out as fast as possible. Standard Shipping time will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We offer FREE Shipping Service, and customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. FREE Standard Shipping is available to all customers on orders with a subtotal of $20 or more. Otherwise, you will need to pay $3 for shipping.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Enter your tracking number on https://www.trackingmore.com/ to track your order status.
- Order processing(quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
- All packages have specific tracking information sent by email.
- All orders process and ship business days (Monday - Friday), packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends.
PEONYELF guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for your own reasons. If there is a return request after receiving the goods, you can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt;
In the event of the above, we will refund the corresponding payment, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 2 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, PEONYELF will replace the product at no additional charge.
