No problem! At our store, we strive to exceed your expectations with our products and service. For that reason, you can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the date your purchase is delivered to you.

All returns must be in their original, unopened box or packaging.

Please enclose in the return package, your order info, and state clearly. The following information is needed as evidence for us to process your request. You must enclose it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the evidence, your package may be recognized as unidentified mail and the return will not be processed: 

1) Order number 

2) The email address you used to order 

3) Return shipment tracking number 

4) Reasons for return   

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning the product due to personal reason, you will be responsible for shipping. Reasons such as:

• Purchased wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.

• Purchased too many, or no longer need it

• Unable to use the product due to allergic reaction. (Eligible products only)

• Don’t like the product, buyer’s remorse, etc.


Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.

Note:The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
