As we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Discount codes can be applied to your order during checkout. You can fill in the discount code blank and click “apply” to use it. Discount codes have expiration dates. If you have two valid codes you want to use, you'll need to make a choice—you can only use one at a time. We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $40. Otherwise, you will need to pay $10.99 for shipping. Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges.
Once your order is placed, It typically takes 1 - 3 business days* for orders preparation (quality checking, packing, paperwork, etc.). Orders are processed in the order they are received. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
*Preparing time does not include weekends and holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
PEONYELF guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for your own reasons. If there is a return request after receiving the goods, you can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt;
In the event of the above, we will refund the corresponding payment, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.

While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 2 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective PEONYELF will replace the product at no additional charge.
